1. GrowGrader Intellectual Property

The GrowGrader platform, including its proprietary AI evaluation algorithms, dynamic task generation prompts, UI/UX designs, trademarks, logos, and all underlying source code, are the exclusive intellectual property of GrowGrader and its licensors.

You are prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of the Platform or its proprietary algorithms without our express written consent.

2. User-Generated Content (Submissions)

When a Student submits code, essays, or other content ("Submissions") for evaluation on the Platform:

• The Student retains the original copyright to their raw code.
• However, by submitting to the Platform, the Student grants GrowGrader a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, execute, analyze (via AI), and display the Submission to authorized Faculty and Recruiters for the purpose of evaluation.

3. Custom Institution Tasks

When a Recruiter or Faculty member uses the Platform to generate or upload custom coding tasks and evaluation rubrics:

The Institution retains ownership of their proprietary task descriptions. GrowGrader will not sell or redistribute an Institution's private custom tasks to other competing Institutions. However, the AI-generated feedback and Employability Scores resulting from those tasks remain part of the GrowGrader platform data.

4. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Claims

GrowGrader respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Platform, please notify our Copyright Agent.
